✅Bahan :
Instant dried yeast 8gm
Air sejuk 370gm
Wholemeal bread mix 500gm
Shortening 20gm
✅Cara :
1. Bancuh semua ramuan sehingga permukaan adunan menjadi licin.(Suhu adunan 27°c)
2. Biarkan adunan rehat selama 5-10 minit.
3. Bahagikan adunan mengikut citarasa. Masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan yang disediakan.
4. Biar adunan kembang sekali ganda (60minit).
5. Bakar dengan suhu 225°c selama 20-40 minit mengikuti saiz rotinya. (Adunan ini boleh dijadikan 2 biji 7'x4'x4' roti sandwich)
