Pouring:

  • Can be used for all pouring applications both hot and cold.
  • It provides thicker consistency and superior coating.
  • Has excellent stability when poured over hot beverages.
  • Unique screw top lid makes for easy operation.

Whipping:

  • Ideal for all uses in the pastry and food service kitchens.
  • Excellent fresh cream taste.
  • Unsweetened-add sugar to taste before whipping.
  • Will hold acidic, alcohol, flavours and colours substances without breaking down.
  • Will not discolour or crack.
  • Minimize operator cost due to higher overrun then dairy cream-yield three times its volumes when whipped.
  • Can be whipped and frozen.
  • For best results, Double cream should be whipped chilled.
