1. Pre-heat 25g of margarine until melted, add in 2 stalks of curry leaves and sautee for 2 minutes.
2. Add in 30g of OKI Salted Egg Seasoning and stir under low heat until evenly mixed.
3. Add in fried prawns, toss evenly and serve.
