Moist Chocolate Cake Mix

✅No need a lot of ingredients

✅Just add wet ingredients and bake

Bahan-bahan :

Campuran kek coklat 500g

Telur 200g (4biji)

Air 100g

Minyak 175g

Carat dark 200g

whipping cream 200g

Carat decocrem


Cara-cara :

1. Pukul bahan asas kek dengan kelajuan tinggi selama 3-5 minit sehingga sebati.

2. Bakar pada suhu 160°c -180°c selama 20-25 minit bergantung kepada saiz acuan.

3. Panaskan krim putar.

4. Masukkan carat dark dan kacaukan sehingga sebati.

5. Biarkan ganache sejuk.

6. Salut di atas kek.

7. Panaskan carat decocrem pada suhu 40°c - 45°c.

8. Salut carat decocrem di atas kek.
