MFM Self Raising Flour / Tepung Naik Sendiri 自发面粉

✅ Low Protein Flour has a low protein content of 8%-9.5%. This type of flour is usually blended with the right amount of leavening agent to poduce quality cakes.

✅ In the presence of moisture and heat, the leavening agent reacts, producing carbon dioxide which is trapped as bubbles, which then form the cake.

✅ A high quality self raising flour specially recommended for cake, biscuit, pastry and deep-fry batter. This expertly milled quality flour also comes enriched with vitamins and iron.
