Ingredients :

Guiling Grass Jelly Powder 1pack
Water 1000ml

Method :

1. Pour grass jelly powder into a bowl. Add (250ml) of water and mix thoroughly till it becomes a paste.

2. Pour the rest of water (750ml) in a pot and boil. Turn to small flame, add grass jelly paste and mix till a smooth texture is obtained.

3. Turn off the flame and pour into moulds.

4. After cooled, add honey, can fruit, red bean, soya milk etc according to own preference.

(NB : Guiling Grass Jelly must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.)

Cara Memasak :

1. Tuangkan serbuk Cincau ke dalam mangkuk. Tuangkan sedikit air (250ml) kacau hingga rata.

2. Didihkan baki air (750ml) ke dalam periuk. Kecilkan api. Tuangkan larutan cincau. Kacau hingga pekat.

3. Tutupkan api. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan. Biarkan sejuk.

4. Anda boleh menambahkan madu, air soya, kacang merah, buah-buahan tin, supaya menjadi lebih enak.

(Ingatan : Kacaukan selalu supaya cincau tidak terhangus.)

煮法:

1. 将龟苓膏仙草粉倒入碗里。加入少许的清水(250ml),搅拌均匀成糊状。

2. 将剩余的清水(750ml)倒入锅里煮滚,转小火。

3. 将溶解好的龟苓糊倒入搅拌至浓稠幼滑,即可熄火,倒入模具里。

4. 待冷却后,可依个人口味加入蜜糖,罐头水果,红豆,鲜豆浆等,风味更佳。

(注:煮龟苓膏仙草时必须不停搅拌避免底部烧焦。)
