Forise Yeast

✅Work well by adding the dry yeast into the flour directly and then mixing other ingredients and water.

✅Good tolerance for sugar, salt, oil, preservatives, etc.

✅Stable fermentation, good endurance.

✅Provide larger volume, and meet requirements of different processes.

✅Application : use for dough with 5-20% sugar in the recipes.

✅Dosage : 0.8-1% of flour for general flour products, 0.8-1.2% for bakery, or subject to the technical requirements.
