✅ Ideal for : Fruit Jelly, Japanese Raindrop Cake, 


Method :

1. Pour 2500ml of plain water and 100gm of sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil.

2. Pour 1 packet of Crystal Jelly Powder, stir till dissolve. Boil for 2 more minutes.

3. Remove from flame. Pour the jelly mix into moulds. Leave to cool and set. Once harden, cut into cubes and serve with honey or caramel syrup.

(Note : Texture of jelly can be changed according to preference. Leave overnight in fridge for better taste.)

Cara-cara :

1. Tuangkan 2500ml air dan 100gm gula ke dalam periuk. Masak hingga mendidih.

2. Tuangkan 1 bungkus serbuk kristal jeli dan kacau hingga larut. Masak lagi selama 2 minit.

3. Padamkan api. Tuangkan larutan jeli ke dalam bekas. Biarkan beku. Potongkan jeli menjadi kuib kecil. Tuangkan madu atau gula caramel untuk menambahkan keenakan.

(Nota : Testur jeli boleh diubahsuaikan mengikut kegemaran anda. Sejukkan semalaman untuk rasa lebih enak.)

做法:

1. 将2500ml的清水和100克的糖倒入锅里煮滚,加入白凉粉搅拌均匀,煮2分钟。

2. 熄火,倒入容器里,冷却后成透明块状,切块,加入蜂蜜或焦糖即可享用。

(备注:口感的软硬度可以自行调整,冷藏隔夜口感更佳美味。)
