✅For production of various florentines, bee-sting, bienenstich, feulletine, crunchy cookie, and similar products.
Preparation:
1. Mix 100gm of crispy florentine mix with 200gm of almond flakes
2. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on a pre-prepared tray lined with parchment paper or silicon.
3. Bake at 155°c / 155°c for 15mins+- (depending on thickness)
*Tips - best store in an air tight packing after baking.
Cereal Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
Rice pop 100gm
Almond flake 30gm
Pumpkin seed 30gm
Florentine mix 100gm
Water 25gm
1. Mix rice pop and almond together.
2. Mix well florentine mix and water, then heat to 80-100°c.
3. Mix part 1 and part 2.
4. Pour into mould, roll tight.
5. Bake for 20 mins at 100/100°c.
6. Cut into bar shape, cool down.
