Q : How can I place an order?

A : Step 1 : Log in to your account
      Step 2 : Select the product that you would like to purchase and add to cart
      Step 3 : View your cart and click “Checkout”
      Step 4 : Key in your delivery details and select delivery method
      Step 5 : Choose your payment method and click “place order now” after confirm your details are correct.
      Step 6 : Make payment and wait for us send to you


Q : What delivery method you provide?

A : We provide 2 delivery method that is delivery service and drive-thru service.


Q : Do I need an account before order?

A : Yes , you need create an account before order.


Q : Can you send out Alor Setar area?

A : Yes , we can send out Alor Setar area but we feel sorry about freezer product cannot be sent.


Q : How many days I can receive my order after payment?

A : You can receive your order within 36 hours if you stay at Alor Setar area. However , you may receive your order within 3-5days depend on courier company if you stay outside Alor Setar area. It might be delays during peak season.


Q : Can I pay cash if I choose pick up service?

A : We feel sorry that you need make payment by online banking. We also do not accept cash on delivery(COD) .


Q : Can I cancel my order after payment?

A : Sorry , you cannot cancel your order after payment.


Q : What type of payment method you have?

A : We provide online banking via ipay88 and e-wallet service for make payment.


Q : How much is the delivery fee?

A : The delivery fees will around RM5-RM10 depend on your area. You can get FREE DELIVERY if your order are RM500 above (Kota Setar Area). We reserve the right to cancel delivery service for your order if should you fail to accept the goods at the nominated address after two (2) attempts of delivery of the goods at the said location and you need to pick up at our store by yourself.


Q : Can I return incorrect products that I received?

A : Yes, if the product you receive is incorrect, please contact us asap and we will send out correct product to you immediately.


Q : How many branch do you have?

A : We only have one branch at Alor Setar at this moment but we will expand branchs at future.
