Kellogg's Mueslix cereal 150g
Soft brown sugar 70g
Egg (A) 1
Plain flour 80g
Corn flour 25g
Baking powder 2tsp
Almond slices 30g
1. Preheat oven to 150°c.
2. Sieve the plain flour, corn flour and baking powder together into a bowl.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg, stir until thoroughly mixed, then fold mixture into the flour along with Kellogg's Mueslix cereal, walnuts, raisins, and almond slices.
4. Scoop the mixture into a small tart mould or baking pan, bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and let it cool before storing it into a container.
